We've heard countless tales of websites being built and the programmer bailing after they got their check. We take pride in our websites as the website design goes into our portfolio and we take a serious interest in your sites success afterwards. As with all websites- they grow and evolve everyday, we want to be there as it does, as our portfolio only becomes better.
We have found that using a CMS (Content Management System) to control your website allows you to add/edit your own content without having to know HTML and CSS. If you decide that you would rather not do the editing/updating we can do this for you. Using the CMS makes it a lot easier on us in this situation, so you will save more money this way, as it takes less time for us to update your content.
For each of these services we will provide an estimate in hours for each task to be accomplished. We then ask for 50% of the project estimate at start and the rest upon completion. You can pay for your invoice via PayPal or mail in a check/money order.
For each of these services you can pay monthly or a year in advance. We also have an online billing system that will automatically email you when your invoice is due and you can then pay at PayPal with your PayPal account or credit/debit card. We also accept check/money order by mail.
For this type of service we do a monthly billing. We take a look at your content after it is delivered to us and we then estimate in hours the amount of work involved. We will never go over the hourly estimate without your approval. On the first of each month (or whichever day is most convenient for you) we will then invoice you for the actual hours spent adding/updating content. You can pay for this via PayPal or mail in a check/money order.
We are in Alaska Time Zone, so that puts us 1 Hour Behind Pacific Time. We are open from 10am to 6pm (Alaska Time) Monday through Friday.
Our turnaround times are dependent upon the tasks involved and how fast we receive the content from you. For most basic maintenance and repairs, we can usually get this done within a week. For website design, redesigns, and migrations it could take up to several months or as short as two weeks. It really is all dependent on the scope of the project.
We can say with absolute confidence that we will get to work on it within one week as long as three basic requirements are met:
